Definitely not a box trailer, looking good Chris. Is the sink unit going to slide out?

Ok, after a short intermission and lots of rain, I managed to make a start on the wiring I have now installed most of the 220v wiring and all of the battery heavy wiring. I think the next thing is the internal lighting so I can see to work in the dark.

The battery system is two 135a leisure batteries (cant have the beer getting warm) these are charged from the car when driving, when stationary the 80watt solar panel that automatically tracks the sun will charge these batteries and the car at the same time. There is also a 20amp charger that charges the batteries and the car when the mains is hooked up or when the generator is running. The generator is a 2.2kw Hyundai with remote electric start, it runs the microwave, coffee machine and battery charger, there is also several 13amp sockets that can be used. The generator will be fully plumbed in with the exhaust exiting under the trailer, so there's no messing, just push the button.

The water system is in, just waiting for a new pump, the new pump I had turned out to be faulty. once the new, new one arrives I can test the water system. The water system consists of a 70ltr tank connected through a non return valve to a pump, the pump feeds the input to the hot water boiler a shower outlet, then through a water filter to the sink tap and coffee machine. The hot water outlet from the boiler goes to the shower outlet then on to the sink tap.

All the gas pipes are done so that's ready for leak testing soon as well.. I have rigged all the gas equipment that is to say oven, hob, water heater, outlet for gas grill so that it can run from the internal LPG tank or from a standard camping Gaz cylinder that is available all over the world. I have used an isolating manifold system so I can turn of any device if need be.

As usual pictures in Gallery.
