Sounds like you should drop me a line!
Guessing you are heading over from Algeciras or Terifa?
Look forward to hearing from you

Oil Leaks
Dear all My D4 has been struggling with an oil leak that seemingly can’t be found by the dealer. I looks like engine oil, originally thinking from the front (perhaps crankshaft seal during belt change 18 months ago?), but then lots of oil at the back of the engine on closer inspection. Posted a topi...

Sold my D3 .....
So, with heavy heart, I sold my D3. About six months ago. Then sold the house and moved country. This had nothing to do with selling the D3; honest! Now in Gibraltar, and have a shiny new 2011 D4 3.0 TDV6 XS. Would have preferred an HSE, but it’s a really odd market here and decent second hand cars ...

Re: Membership Cards
Daft question, but do we get a new card every year?

Re: It’s rubber time!
I know, right? Was pretty disappointed to hear this, and even challenged it gently saying that with the belts off, the water pump was surely ‘just there’ and a 5 minute job, but the guy was adamant that it would be a considerable amount of extra work time wise to justify something like £240 to chang...

Re: It’s rubber time!
Thanks Bodsy. I got the first post wrong in that I had meant to say Alltrack4x4 in Stourbridge, which I think you pointed someone else towards a while back. So, not Allmakes 4x4 parts, sorry for misleading impression. The guy I spoke to there suggested £800 for both belts and oil pump, but using Day...

It’s rubber time!
Well, timing belt time - they’re made of rubber, sort of, aren’t they. So having been looking at various topics for a while seems the following would be sensible. Timing belt - changed Nov 2012 HPFP belt - never changed! Aux drive belt - changed Nov 2012 Tensioners and bolts Oil pump case - mine’s a...
