One set with P&P works out as £2.50 a nut. Anyone want a full set or just a few?
Actually, I only need a few - and I could do with changing the locking ones to normal ones at some point. So I could do with between 5 and 10 :thumbright:

I was talking to del about this @ salisbury.
Anyone buying new (or wanting to protect the life of existing), del recommends soaking them in diesel.

Coming from you Simon that is 150% confirmation they cost way too much  (Not even for your lovely Full-Fat perhaps??)

Surely this is a better and more cost effective solution to swollen nuts?

You'd think... But then you get into the realms of the socket bending the hell out of the stainless cap. Then you either end up with a mashed nut head, or the nut is now one and the same piece of metal as the socket!

I agree - that might be an excellent solution to getting the swollen nuts off in the first place but better to have good condition nuts in the first place
