The Pagid pads I got from Eurocarparts come with 4 bolts in the box with Red locktight on them, unlike OEM that has Blue locktight.

I know what you mean though, some pads don't come with bolts either.

On the box it's says Pagid, trademark of TMD friction, Germany

Must be good because the Pad had printed in dot matrix style Mintex, and their website looks like its all connected, Mintex in the logos at the foot.
