Maybe keep the comments about Iain to PM only for those that wish to read it. I'm more than a happy customer of his and will continue to be so. It's none of our business what's going on between you and him, so I would advise you remove incriminating words you published.

In fairness Jason, most forums do allow folk to say good and bad about service providers out there. Just look at what gets said about main dealers!!

Yeah I understand that, and not entirely protecting Iain either. It's an issue between themselves. But what is said is PM him them spouts his drivel that is libellous to him, Iain and the club

No need for the club to get involved in any court type stuff :thumbright:
As per Bodsy and his engine... it's not been aired here and all was good in the end for him :thumbright:

There should be no issue with someone posting what their experiences of a supplier have been. I posted recently about my experiences with Memory Map. There should also be no issue with other people posting positive experiences. However it should not get personal. Just because some has had a different experience to someone else does make the other person wrong.

I guess you're right, and its in my signature that I use Iain a lot, its not loyalty, just he supplies top notch service to me and I won't be drawn into issues where his reputation is trashed throughout many a forum for something that is nothing to do with us. It's an issue with the OP and Iain. To support this would mean a great loss to the Landrover community is risked.

I hope not, especially as it hasn't put me off. His loss, not mine

I won't say more about Iain Lambert after this (unless you privately message me) as he did eventually make contact with me but unfortunately his response has not been what I or most would have expected from any normal, sane or sober person and it is now a matter that I am regretfully referring to court.

So, putting that mistake and bad news behind me I am excited to tell you that I have made to Australia, and the next leg of my trek begins. I arrived in Melbourne and have been reunited with Tango. We had a great reception from Land Rover Australia and I also have met up with fellow G4 owner and compatriot Mile Stokes. But have to say top Aussie model and former Miss Universe does make for more attractive company. I've been keeping up with your Facebook page, great news that tango has finally landed LOL.

Keep up with the updates. :thumbright:
