Updates

Post by 4-Tech » Wed Jan 29, 2014 5:11 pm

Hi all,
Sorry I've been away from the forum, however I think it is for the benefit of all. This is because we have re-structured the business to enable me to take semi retirement.
One net benefit of this is there is no VAT on our parts or labour!

Megaflush: Our Megaflush Auto transmission servicing is still very popular. One thing we noticed over the last year or so with vehicles now regularly showing up with well over 100k on the clock is the need to also change the filter assy. We are seeing very good results on higher mileage vehicles having what we call a full transmission service: Thus we change the filter/sump assy and refill to level with fluid and then carry out a Megaflush in the normal way. Obviously this adds to both cost and time involved, but please remember we are guided by what we see in the workshop and customer feedback and can only advise based on that.

Fuel pumps: The in-tank fuel pumps we stock are proving very popular and now we buy a lot of them we have been able to trim prices some more.

Alternators: We do an exchange service on alternators at very reasonable prices.

Air suspension: We now do an exchange rebuilt compressor, work really well at a fraction of the new price!

Please enquire direct to us on 0843 2899399 or email: info@4-tech I'm not going to be answering questions in forum.

Thanks, Gordon

Good to see your still around Gordon. I was only talking to my dad this weekend that I hadn't seen much from you on the forum lately.
Congratulations on the semi-retirement by the way :-)
