Rog, Nobody ever got fired for buying an HP printer :thumbright:

We've got nearly a hundred HP printers and I don't think you can beat them. :thumbright:

Sorry Ian. Although I am talking about laser printers rather than inkjet.

We have some trees and bushes that need a trim - I'd rather give you some money than anyone else - but its not a big job, so not worth a special trip! :thumbright:

My last printer was a HP - my current one is an Epson R800.

The ink lasted for ever on the HP, the R800 is a bit like my D3 - drinks the stuff!

One day I'll get a decent print out of it - I know it can do it, but I am really struggling to get the print to look the same as what I see on screen. I aught to get a calibrator - but a half decent one is between £200 and £300.

To be fair, I have got good prints from it - but I just can't seem to get consistent results. :headbang:

little update,,

for the benefit of nodo$h, my saw count is now 4...

MS200T 12" bar, MS230 14" bar, MS362 18" bar, and the latest MS660 30" bar..

that should be me done now,,, 8-)

until i start playing with husky's..

firewood is selling ok,,

was thinking last night it is pretty much a year since i got laid off and started on this new direction,,

so i had to invest quite a chunk to get qualified etc but 1 year on am i happy?

YOU BET I AM,, ok, so money is a little tight,, havent got the disposable income i had, and I'\m petrified of teh D3 going wrong,, but then LR truro are super helpful, am looking at an FCR or something like it, I'm careful with her and she treats me just fine,, no stupid antics.

The D3 has been a fantastic tool for the job,, marketing wise it's been a bit of a coup as it sets a really good impression and has got me alot of work, the only advertising i've done (been able to afford) has been sign writing the D3,, best thing i did,,

mod wise,, fitted a winch, fit (ing as we speak) split charge, got light guards on the front, expo rack and soon to have more lighting..

to be fitted,, seat covers,, 4x4 info, lights, 17's with some proper tyres..

want to say thankyou to you guys for encouraging me to go it alone,, a year ago i was in a very different place,

I'd also like to thank this forum for having me a sponsor, ok so i havent done any tree work here but it's a nice thing none the less,
