On our recent trip to the Pyrenees there was a few people that were more than impressed with my Side Awning on the D3. There were photos taken of the erection (for want of a better word) of the awning and i am sure they will follow shortly.

I got it from: http://www.rooftentslimited.com/Product ... ng_a1.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I also purchased one for my sankey trailer and one of there RT02 roof tents complete with anex. I found there products to be easy to use and to be honest outstanding quality and at a fraction of the price of the other brands. Fore someone who has been looking at roof tents but is put of by the price, these guys are the business.

they also do many other products and are happy to negotiate a discount for club members through me or any committee member. Obviously the more we buy the better the price for everyone.

Group Buy:

We need to have an order for at least 10 units to be able to avail of a substantial discount, there is a lead time of 6 weeks after we place the order. Due to the legnth of the awning the shipping to any uk address is 24.99. i would hope that we can get all 10 delivered to one address for considerably less and then use the "club shipping network" to take care of the rest.

The cost per Awning exc shipping is £150.00 you can also get two sides for you awning for an extra £40.00 for the pair. These just clip on to the poles and offer great rain protection,

I am happy to answer any questions you may have.

Have Added a Signup

1) Commit to Buy - This means that you ae agreeing t the price and will pay for the awning
2) Interested - Not Committed - This means that you are very interested, but cannot commit yet
3) Well just watching really

We ideally need to get 10 orders for this to work. WE WILL ONLY ORDER BASED ON THOSE THAT HAVE CLICKED THE 'Commit to Buy' option.

Payment will be to the club so that we can place just one order :thumbright:

FFS :lol: , just committed to buy another Terrain one that's identical

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Expedition-Ve ... 5882513%26" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Although the listing is £165, I can get it cheaper and collect as he is just down the road. If I had known then I would have join the GB to boost the numbers. Must admit they are good for the dosh, I like my Foxwing without doubt but these £ for £ are brilliant and after selling my last one I wanted one again for my Sankey too.

Few pics of my last one, just like Mr Tyler's.......highly recommended and wish I didn't sell the last one.

Make your own brackets Mark if you only have rails........or if you have a rack then buy Prospeed brackets.

I made some crude brackets for mine to fit the old Terrain to the Expo, they are pictured in my link above somewhere in the thread.
