Sent them another email and still no response. Can't find a phone number to talk to them either :-(

I might just buy one anyway on the website as its the best price I've seen for them tbh.

Almost guarantee that they will speak English - Sad but true - was very hard to speak German in Germany or Austria without the locals speaking pretty much perfect German.

Went to one place and the guy in front asked for a guide - and didn't care what language it was - English, German, Dutch or French. I think he was actually German, but can't be sure as he spoke perfect English (He wasn't!)
