you did such a cracking job with the Hants spectacular that I think you're the perfect man for the job. You've got plenty of ideas for silly and serious stuff and I'll help where I can either on the weekend of in the prep (that can be done from a distance of course).

1st thing is the venue! No point in selecting a date and then finding the venue doesn't work. Fortunately some of our membmers are very helpful and Nick has already done some work on venues, so I'll pick up on that.

Happy if people want to discuss what time of year is best?

I'm thinking May - Sept so that it is hopefully warm. Avoid Aug school holidays?
