Do we have too many sections?
Was scrolling the site today and thinking about how many different forums we have, and thought that maybe there are too many?
For example:
Membership, General Club Issues and Membership Agenda Requests - can't they be combined?
Combine the "Official show/ Off road Events pages?
General Caravan Chat and Show us your Caravan
All three of the "website" forums could be combined, and even added to the "club details" section of the forum
Road books could go in the "overlanding, caravanning and camping" section
Can "kens special tyre offers for members" not be tucked in to his other forum and hidden from non-members?
Group Buys and Special Offers seem to have pretty much the same topics in, maybe combine them too? They should be members only if the club has negotiated the discount, and open to anyone of the proposers choosing if not raised by a committee member.
Just a suggestion! Open to being picked apart!

Re: Do we have too many sections?
I was thinking the same as James a week or so ago.....too many sections that simply can get combined into sub sections once you enter a specific topic would suffice.
There's plenty of dormant or little used sections that can be swallowed up IMHO. Thanks James for bringing to the attention, I wasn't wanting to mention it as it might be deemed argumentative from moi

Never.....Jason wrote: I wasn't wanting to mention it as it might be deemed argumentative from moi
Swmbo had a look around here last night, and something she said was it's all the same looking. Nothing looked appealing.....
