I know this is an old thread but if anyone is looking for a nice site in North Wales try Aberafon, Gyrn Goch.
Fishing off the beach, boat launch slipway with great views. Fires on the beach
I have spent 10 years at this site but now moved on to touring.
Not a good place to be in a tent when its windy unless you get a sheltered spot.
