Nothing new there I am afraid. Bit of a bugger going to Derbyshire to collect one would have thought ?

Would be nice to see you all again " sur la campsite"

That's 'cos it is a good idea Ben. Especially with kids and dogs. Much easier than finding hotels that will take dogs and young children.

Not that cheap, but I can understand it working with dogs or even if you had three kids and struggled to find family rooms for 5.

Still rather like my tent though.

Well, including delivery to my door and everything inc linen and insurances etc etc its £800 in the high season, £700 in the mid and £550 in the low season. So 3 weeks away for £2050 all in plus site fees. Our van cost us £850 per year before we went away and even before we thought about loosing £2/3k pa in depreciation..... So for me, the numbers for a week here or there are very good on the spare of the moment to join in with you guys.

All stacks up IMHO.

Pick a week in high season now, and it won't be available. Most of the time the people who deliver it to you can also be the people who have also hired it prior.

Mm mm, if that is the case, I wonder if the deliverer has to empty the pooh tank or is that down to the deliveree?

Rather have my own I think.
