'S fillet steak.

Had it in the freezer for a while but the fillets are currently marinating in red wine and Worcester sauce.

Then I'm going to cool them on the BBQ and reduce the sauce.

Serving it with amazing creamy cheese mash!

There was a massive pile of cheesy mash, made with a load of extra mature cheddar and a big pot of extra thick double cream. I can assure you it was fantastic. It does look odd in the photo - must be the perspective.

The whole thing was great and I was very impressed with the BBQ.

I have never found 'really nice' Italian places to be really nice. Only ever good, there's only so many ways you can cook a pizza or pasta....
