Breakfast Meeting

Post by Stu » Sun Apr 03, 2011 10:09 am

Hi Everyone,

Following on from requests at the AGM yesterday. There will be a club breakfast meeting on Sunday 15th May. The location will be at Valsheda's inside Moodys boat yard

Valsheda's
Swanwick Shore Road, Swanwick
Locks Heath
SO31 7EF

The restaurant is inside the boat yard, so you have to turn in looking like you're going to buy a boat and just tell the security guy that you're going to Valsheda's for breakfast.

I've booked tables for 48 at 10.30am under Disco3Club

After breakfast we'll head over to Cricket Camp which is inside manor farm country park (it's less than 2 miles from Valsheda's)

http://www.isdsc.org.uk/dev/index.php?o ... &Itemid=66
Postcode SO31 1BH (but it won't be that accurate)

I have booked the tower from 12.00pm so those that want to have a go at the climbing and abseiling can do so. The cost of this will be £5 a head (Although I am hopeful I can get this cheaper for the kids). After which ReggieB and NSN have sorted out a BBQ. Not sure what the cost on that will be yet, but I'm sure they'll tell us. Hopefully the weather will be kind and we'll have a great day.

Update to list those attending and numbers:

Stu 5
Pillowsmuggler: 4
Clement 4
GavinB 4
ReggieB 2
Bigcrapchaser 5
Angelfire 4
JamesG01 3
Kingmav 2
XTC 4
Neil 4
Countrywide 3
NSN 2

If you're not on the list please let me know asap

It's a flippin long way for me - though not a total no - I'll discuss with SWMBO later as I'm sure we could do something else later in the day or whatever

Well I am in the cafe at the moment. Treating Mrs Stu for mothers day as I couldn't be arsed to do anything myself. I'll try and book their up stairs room and confirm numbers later.
