More than happy to avoid putting business their way......... tossers!
Imagine a world with no hypothetical situations..........
Re: Goodyear Duratrac 255/55R19 MTR
Is there a potential insurance problem with them only being S speed rated instead of V?

How fast are you landing on driving......? S is 112mph I believe. If y we're going 115 at the time of an insurance incident, then perhaps.
The weight rating is at any speed, that would have an issue if it was lower than design spec, but not speed.

Std pressures are fine, but personal preference for me, I run the rears at about 45 and the fronts at about 40.

Blimey Ian, you must slide around like an E L James reader on a leather sofa
My Pirelli ATRs have a max pressure on the sidewall of 44psi; what do the duratracs go up to then?
For flat wear I run the ATR's at +1 (34) and the rears at +2 (38). I'll take the rears up to 42 for a heavy load/ long motorway trip.

I run Atr's @ front 36, rear 43/44
Wear looks even across the tread on the current set - which have been on the car since about June 14. So, about 25-30k. Should last until mid next year, especially as I'm getting some winter boots next week

Re: Goodyear Duratrac 255/55R19 MTR
Interesting difference of opinion
The reason I posted the question is that I had a set on last weekend and have felt that they were floating/drifting all week. So checked pressures today and they'd been set at +2 to std 33/36 for light load so I've dropped them to std and even on the short trip back from garage they seemed a lot more fixed to the road.
Roll on a week Saturday for Salisbury
