Offended, on here...er, I do not think so    Most of the time the only limiting factor is the fact this is an open family site and there could be children reading it.

Giggle, probably not that either :D More like :

Saw this pop up and thought I'd share my alternative. Still uses RAM but not so long.

Ah yes, remember discussing that a while back.

I keep meaning to fit another ram fitting one on the driver side for the phone but will need to do a bit of a mod again to get the angle right. That's got me thinking now :D

Brodit holder for iPhone5 turned up today and I now have it fixed to the top of the console, more or less adjacent to where your knee is, next to the 12v power socket. Quite pleased with the result and can still mount the iPad the other side. I'll post up pics on another thread tomorrow. Got a bit too dark for photos now.

I did order all my parts I needed from eBay, but the seller did a runner with a lot of people's money incl £130 of mine  , just got a Paypal refund this afternoon as eBay had shut him down.

Now to find another supplier.

Found another supplier  , all from the USA and approx £40 cheaper. I'll post links once I know the sale is perfect as I've already been bitten once :thumbright:
