Land Rover Fest 2016 Billing

Post by roger » Sun Mar 13, 2016 9:27 am

Yesterday Romain, Mäx and myself a few D4 Drivers from Luxembourg got the permissions from our wives for a weekend in Billing.
Strange questions from the wives: " What are you doing there??"
Ok serious questions from us:
The ticket to the Land Rover Fest as far as I saw does not include the coming pitch?
I need to buy the pitch at the website of billing aquadrome?
Thanks for help.
Roger

Roger, have you thought about Peterborough rather than Billing? A lot of people won't go to billing because it doesn't have a great reputation (not been myself so this is based on what I hear rather than real world experience).

We also have a club stand a Pererborough.

Billing is a :censored:....... And I come from Northampton, so I know what it's like.

If you have anything worth stealing, people will try to steal it :-(

I stopped going there years ago, although if you guys did come over, I'd make sure I came to see you.

The much better show for sure is always Peterborough, but I'm not sure you will be able to do the trip so close to the Lr party.

If you wanted camping tickets, they are about £75 I think.

Thanks Bodsy,
well for us the best meeting who fits perfectly into our Agendy due to the holidays of the kids.
Yes Peterborough but that's impossible to us to do and still one week before our pilgrimage to Les Comes.
Last time it was 2007 a young guys tried to steal a box of beer, well result was a new British record on the 200 m runaway and a pain in the a.... due to 4 kicks from me with my safety shoes.... full steel...
We are already happy to see you, for a gin-tonic, as usual.... as a preheater for Les Comes!
