Going Billing Land Rover Fest

Post by roger » Wed May 18, 2016 3:49 pm

Well we are going there with some members of the Luxembourg Land Rover Club.
Just to change channel side, driving on the wrong side of the street, enjoying the delicous food at Billing (my daughter said horse food as it smells like that), the superbe pink sausages of Winnie, well everything we can't get get over here....
The question I have is about the toll road charge for the Dartford crossing.
Is that just one way to pay?
How can I pay best from outside the UK?
Thanks for your help,
Regards,
Roger

You're supposed to pay on line afterwards, charge for both ways. No idea how as haven't used that crossing for years and years and years.

I think there are some pay zone places where you can use cash too.

Easiest is online or on the phone

If you set up an account, each crossing is £1.67p. Well worth doing even if you don't use the crossing that often just for the peace of mind of no risk of forgetting to pay and getting a massive fine
