From what I could find there are no MemMap maps for Spain. Don't know if gospel but spend a day searching for them but with no luck. :(

Got Fugawi (again couldn't find maps), nRoute & Mapsource (have fairly old maps for those, European Navigator but can't remember ) and Ozi Explorer but haven't found maps. Unfortunately all of those are on car LT down souff. :(

I've also Touratech QV4 got but that's on the wrong LT and no idea if I can just straight copy it onto a mem stick & copy it onto the right machine. Doubt it. :(

Derek - the maps I have should be compatible with at least Oziexplorer and I suspect with TTQV as well. I don't know if the other products rely on proprietary maps or not. Just make sure you bring the right software and laptop with you in August

Unfortunately SWMBO won't let me have the one with TT on it. :( Will see if I can upload it again & get my code.

PS SWMBO's impressed that the gap between RB1 & RB2 is Andorra, cheap diesel beer & BombSaph. :) She's no the impressed that the accom I'm looking at is a Novotel.  She'd rather I spent more on the Ibis up the road as she doesn't want me to get used o the good life.

Looks like no problems getting 25k & 50k maps for free, from http://centrodedescargas.cnig.es/Centro ... uscador.do" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and after spending all evening trying to get the calibration working decided that CompeGPS gets my :thumbright: . Loaded up straight away and test points against Google Maps worked fine. Only issue is that it's E105, luckily the evaluation version works for 30 days but don't know what functions are not enabled.

Haven't even thought that far. Now got a full version but will be on my carpooter which I won't get to til I get souff. Just downloading the files, doing 1:50k as there is just massive amounts of tiles at 25k. :(

Mine will have to work through GPSGate, a further complication.

Problem!! Got all the data on Jen's LT & got to get it to my LT 550 miles away! Can't find my 16gb flash drive, can put it on a 2gb SD card via camera but can't find a mini USB cable. Could just buy a new flash drive from Play.com but SWMBO would just say you've got one already!!

PS Just given in, new 8gb flash drive ordered. Will bring all the data down to recce and will need it as the mini LT i've got doesn't have a CD/DVD drive.

Just tried Bit Map on the iPad, waste of £2.49! :surprise: Again, I can put the maps up but not able to calibrate them so the location of the map is unknown to it.

CompeGPS have an App but it's £45, bit much for seeing if it works. :(

Here's the CompeGPS app. http://itunes.twonav.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; It advertises 1:25k for up to 250 Meg of cashe through it's on-line store included in the price. With Tesco 1/2 price iToones vouchers £23 might be worth a punt. Hmmmmmmmm.
