Nick, it's being marinated in A1 steak sauce, coffee, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, cider vinegar and liquid smoke....whatever that is :thumbright:

one of the secrets is a long slow cooking period, that's for the meat and the recipe!
should be ready in about June
