I've just cooked:

Stilton and Wild Boar Pastry Parcels to start
Roasted rolled leg of venison with sweet pear chutney, potatoes/parsnips roasted in old fondue oil and carrots/asparagus for main
Cheesecake for dessert

Probably have some cheese pate for after that!

Wow, and all we're having is an Indian take out tonight. I figured we are too busy preparing for tomorrow and that the kitchen is a nightmare. So this is the last Turkey free meal till January 10th :lol:
