That roll of paper's a hell of a long reach from where the bumper dumper would be fitted isn't it? :shark:

Fantastic write up Clive; shame about the gin tank under the commercial floor though.
Just a thought - those tanks are often heat formed - if you half filled it with boiling water could you fit it under the floor and weight it with sand bags/big blokes until it conformed to
the shape? You might lose a bit of capacity but...?

Hmmmmmm......you might be onto something there Dom :thumbright:
I might struggle to get enough boiling water in there and keep it hot enough for long enough using the kitchen kettle.....
Certainly easy enough to cool it to set it though....brim with cold water to cool the boiling water, pump out and refill with cold = job done :thumbright:
How to heat enough water.........?

surely you can use the in built water heater?
have one end connected to a bigger tank and the pump, have an outlet pipe so when it fills, it can go back to the hot water heater tank.

should get hot enough. Although not sure 100% if the tank will deform as its structure is coarse plastic I think.
Have some strong rubber under the tank so it doesnt get piecerd by anything.

I considered the built in water heater but a) I don't think it'll get hot enough and b) the whole unit needs to come out to get the front part of the commercial floor out to get the water tank in place.....therefore it's a right bloody faff to reconnect everything with it hanging off the tailgate in pieces
I have found a 15litre pan in the kitchen cupboard though....so I thought I'd fill 3 kettles and 4 smaller pans and the huge pan, once it's all boiling then operation melt can commence :thumbright:
