I’ve been a bit unavailable over the last week or so after myself and Clive decided to put our lives in the hands of our kids!
Max driving the MiniCooperS and George driving the 5.0l V8 Mustang!
Along with Ford Focus, transit van! My Disco, a fire engine! so a good mix of vehicles that they could have driven.
I think the only participants to swap cars were Max and George, but they do try to encourage you to try other people’s cars (if they’re happy for you to!)
Under 17 Car Club - Pathfinder Project.
Http:/WWW.UNDER17DRIVER.CO.UK
Not the most exciting video, but a quick put together of the few pics and vids we had. This is a great week long course where you get to teach your son/daughter/friend etc how to drive before they reach the age of 17.
You teach them in your car (manual car advised) and spend as much of the time as you want to with them behind the wheel. Based at different locations, all are wide open areas on private land with road scenarios laid out along the way.
A fantastic week to teach my son how to drive in a safe environment with expert additional tuition and guidance to hand. Progress through the 3 levels and also get the opportunity to drive something a bit different! In this case it was a fire engine!
Park, reverse park, parallel park and of course general road safety and car control in a safe environment. Peer Pressure and confidence discussions to enable your future driver to manage themselves and their passengers and avoid the costly mistakes young drivers make when out on the roads.
A great start to hopefully make Max being a safer driver in the future! I’m not linked to this in any other way than being a very satisfied attendee!
