Stu, I'd guessed that - but presumably you would need at least one a year for legal reasons?
I know the traditional motorclub I'm a member of has to have an AGM - but then its a Ltd company. (Means the members only can get stung for a quid if it all goes horribly wrong! - But an event can turn over £50K, so has a lot more to loose!)

Re: Product Announcement: Front a rear Light Guard Brackets
Mark, as per our constitution we do have a physical AGM where committee members are voted in. Because we've not been going for a year yet we've not had an AGM yet. However when we do all paid up members will be invited.
We do have committee meetings, but not in the traditional sense. If someone wants to raise an issue they do so in the committee section of the site, we then discuss it and when it looks like we've got to decision making point we set up a vote in the voting section. All committee members are then PM'd or emailed to make them aware of it and the vote remains their until we have a quorum. We normally get that within a few hours of the vote going up. It does make life easy with diaries and geography!
So if you're on the committee then you're not going to be expected to drive a long way for meetings.

Not that driving is exactly a chore and presumably the AGM would be timed around a suitable event.

Re: Product Announcement: Front a rear Light Guard Brackets
Hi everyone!
Glad to find here many people that I know
Neild, I'm looking for a kit (really only for rear guards but if you can't separate...)
include the screws and bolts?
I tried in GNVP site but have not seen it here and I can not send you an email (no permission).
how can I buy it?
Cheers!
Max
